Job Description
Join Team CARFAX as a Senior Business Analyst! The role is responsible for delivering comprehensive reporting and analysis on the performance of the Carfax Technology organization, with a focus on measuring our capacity allocations for projects, tool usage and adoption, productivity, and work and project efficiency.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business analytics, reporting, or operations, ideally within a technology environment.
- Strong background in designing and managing performance reporting for technology delivery.
- Proven ability to support process definition, improvement, and requirements gathering at the enterprise level.
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel), with a focus on data integrity and visualization.
- Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver reporting solutions that drive business value.
- Demonstrated success in using data and analytics to identify and implement process improvements.
- Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance requirements for reporting functions.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant analytics certifications preferred.
