Job Description
This position is responsible for leading and implementing logistics operation processes, managing warehouse operations, and developing best practice solutions. Works closely with internal and external clients to analyze and document SOP processes and develop implementation plans.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent
- English language fluency
- At least 8 years' experiences with Warehouse operational experiences, Supply chain knowledge, End user application training and documentation, Project management methodology and processes, Working in a global multi-national organization, Client presentation experiences, Good understand of the Contract Logistics business services
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
- Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Hands on experience with warehouse management software
- Leadership skills and ability manage staff
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
