Requirements
- SEA freight expertise: 10+ years in SEA freight, including product development, USP creation, and product launches.
- Carrier negotiation skills: Strong experience negotiating with carriers and maintaining key relationships.
- Key account capability: Proven track record in key account sales, development, and solution design.
- System proficiency: Solid MS Office skills and familiarity with operational systems (Alfresco, Jasper, SPOT).
- ADR knowledge: ADRâtrained with strong understanding of operational and compliance requirements.
- Market connectivity: Established partner network and close ties to the market across sales, purchasing, and operations.
- Analytical mindset: Strong economicâgeographical understanding and ability to interpret product performance data.
- Businessâfluent English: Confident communication with internal and external stakeholders.
