Project Portfolio Manager (f/m/d) Parental Leave Cover

CargoBeamer is shaping the future of intermodal rail freight in Europe. As a Project Portfolio Manager (f/m/d), you strengthen our project portfolio management (PMO). This is a 15-month fixed-term role (parental leave cover) starting from June, with a possibility of permanent employment.

Requirements

• Degree in business, finance, transport or related fields
• 3–5 years of relevant experience (PMO, project management, consulting, scale-ups, etc.)
• Strong business acumen and solid portfolio/PMO skills
• Ability to build trust and influence without authority
• Analytical, KPI- and data-driven mindset
• Strong communication skills and proven cross-functional collaboration
