Product Manager, Decision

CarGurus is seeking a Product Manager, Decision to join their Consumer Product team. The role will focus on optimizing the end-to-end journey from listing or paid marketing entry point through lead submission, working closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Brand, Design, Engineering, Analytics, and Attribution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience
• Demonstrated success owning and improving core funnel or conversion experiences
• Experience working in a growth or optimization-focused PM role
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Familiarity with marketing technology and performance marketing concepts
• Exposure to GenAI-powered consumer experiences and decision support tools
• Analytical rigor and ability to define metrics and use insights to inform prioritization and tradeoff decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A strong user mindset paired with business acumen
• A bias toward action, curiosity, and continuous learning
