At Caribou, we're looking for a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to join our Accounting team. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our financial processes, ensuring our financial systems are scalable, secure, and optimized for high-velocity growth. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience with Netsuite and other financial systems tools, deep expertise in NetSuite configuration and administration, and hands-on NetSuite coding experience (SuiteScript 2.0/2.1).
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience as an administrator or business systems analyst with Netsuite and other financial systems tools
- Deep expertise in NetSuite configuration and administration
- Hands-on NetSuite coding experience (SuiteScript 2.0/2.1)
- Proven experience architecting integrations between NetSuite and peripheral systems (HRIS, tax engines, and banking APIs)
- Solution-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a high sense of quality and attention to detail
- Experience architecting solutions and being hands-on when needed to develop and troubleshoot code
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting and IT General Controls (ITGC)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
