Job Description
The Assistant Director of Student Employment contributes to the overall mission of Carleton College by leading student employment function within the Career Center, which includes supporting student employment positions, designing professional development for student staff and student employees, and reporting on student employment activities and learning outcomes.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree
- Three-five years of experience in higher education or human resources
- Prior experience in student employment
- Experience supervising professional staff
- Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and mail merge
- Familiarity with NACE Career Competencies
