Job Description
The Friction Operator will operate presses, sanders, and hand tools to measure and weigh friction compounds according to work instructions. The role involves keeping a clean and safe work environment, participating in waste reduction initiatives, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities using lean manufacturing principles.
Requirements
- Operate presses, sanders, and common hand tools safely.
- Fasten parts together using fasteners.
- Remove small quantities of material for close fit.
