Industrial Maintenance Technician (1st Shift)

This Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems, ensuring optimal operation and minimizing equipment downtime. The role involves mechanical and hydraulic power transmission, electrical, and pneumatic systems. The technician will also be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining machinery, while also assisting with upgrade projects and record-keeping.

Requirements

• Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and support the Reliability Engineer.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose and repair or replace worn parts in machine and equipment.
• Maintain safety standards.
• Work with Planner to update PM standards.
• Follow written instructions to perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities.
• Work independently or as part of a group.
• Minimize travel.
