Requirements
- Analytical mindset with a detail-oriented approach
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels (including top management)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Controlling, or Financial Reporting
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
- Solid understanding of cost allocation and cost center structures
- Familiarity with monthly financial closing processes, accruals, and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, HFM)
- Ability to turn ideas into action quickly, delivering with both speed and quality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas)
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Finance or Business Administration
- Foundational knowledge of accounting, controlling, and IFRS
- Strategic thinking and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
