FP&A Analyst

FP&A Analyst role in Global Business Solution team at Carlsberg Group in Poznań, Poland. The role involves delivering high-quality controlling services, managing IT-related financials, and providing financial insights to drive operational efficiency across the organization.

Requirements

• Analytical mindset with a detail-oriented approach
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels (including top management)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Controlling, or Financial Reporting
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
• Solid understanding of cost allocation and cost center structures
• Familiarity with monthly financial closing processes, accruals, and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, HFM)
• Ability to turn ideas into action quickly, delivering with both speed and quality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Foundational knowledge of accounting, controlling, and IFRS
• Strategic thinking and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
