Internship Trainee, Carlsberg Excellence

An Excellence Internship Trainee supports continuous improvement initiatives within the organization focusing on operational excellence, manufacturing, or operational functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Supply Chain Management or any other similar qualification.
• Minimum CGPA 3.2 or Second Class Upper or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to commit for at least 3 months.
• Proven leadership skills in extra-curricular activities.
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Innovative and systematic with sound analytical skills.
• Strong problem solving skills and detail oriented.
• High work capacity, self-driven and a team-player.
• Proactive, action-oriented, persistent and resilient.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, resilient, with eagerness to learn.
• Passion in the beer industry.
