Technical Engineer

We are recruiting for a Technical Engineer to join our team in Northampton. This is an exciting time to join the business as we continue to invest in our people and facilities. The role will involve leading engineering improvement initiatives and ensuring safe and hygienic execution of engineering activities across the site.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing engineering FI activity and planning within a BPEC or FMCG environment
• Strong commitment to LeanTPM principles, with ability to lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
• Solid understanding of engineering maintenance regulations and key standards in Quality, Health & Safety, and Environment
