Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant, Legal to support our Chief Legal Officer (CLO) in an in-house environment, managing legal workflows, contract processes, and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders on legal matters.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant supporting senior legal executives or as a legal assistant/paralegal
- Bachelor's degree required
- Substantial experience with contract management systems and board portals
- Proficiency with tools such as CLM systems, DocuSign, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office
