Sr. Software Engineer (San Diego)

The Senior Software Engineer (Platform) will work on projects related to proprietary implants, instrumentation, and design automation systems to enable personalized surgery. This role will work on our full-stack applications, with a strong focus on building engaging, performant frontend experiences powered by robust Node.js and GraphQL backend services.

Requirements

• Build and maintain responsive, performant frontend applications using React
• Design and implement scalable backend services using Node.js/GraphQL and Kotlin/REST
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate requirements into polished, intuitive interfaces
• Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews
• Mentor junior engineers and champion engineering best practices
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the full stack
