Job Description
Carlsquare, a leading tech investment bank with 13 offices in eight countries, seeks a Senior Analyst to support the M&A process, prepare investment memorandums, develop valuation guidelines, analyze sectors, and act as an Execution Lead. Requirements
- Excellent university degree (with a focus on Finance, Accounting, etc.)
- Relevant internships and at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in Investment Banking/Transaction Services/Accounting/Strategy Consulting
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, and communication skills (fluent in German and English)
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Likeable personality with strengths and weaknesses who appreciates teamwork
