Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience (investment banking, transaction services, private equity, or strategy consulting)
• In-depth knowledge of accounting, corporate finance, and M&A transactions
• Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, with exceptional attention to detail
• Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in another European language is an advantage
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
