Job Description
CARMA is a globally-trusted media intelligence leader. We're looking for an Insights Manager to lead the end-to-end setup, management, and delivery of insight products for one of our pivotal clients. The role is ideal for someone passionate about insights who thrives on translating data into meaning and helping clients make informed decisions.
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations or any related field
- 5-7 years of experience in insights, media intelligence, analytics, or a related field, with exposure to senior or Tier-1 clients
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end insight and analysis, translating data into clear, strategic recommendations
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and verbal) is mandatory
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- Strong client-facing experience, with the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships
- Experience managing or coaching team members and working in on-site or embedded client environments is a plus
- Familiarity with media measurement frameworks (e.g. AMEC) and use of AI or automation tools is advantageous
