Reconditioning Associate

As a Reconditioning Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every vehicle meets CarMax's quality standards for quality and presentation. You'll gain hands-on experience in the automotive industry, learn from a best-in-class team, and help deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

• Log and track vehicle deliveries and inventory to maintain accurate records
• Move and stage vehicles across the lot for optimal customer viewing
• Ensure a clean, welcoming environment that reflects CarMax’s commitment to excellence
• Perform reconditioning tasks such as cleaning, vacuuming, and detailing vehicles to meet quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Learn and apply best practices in automotive care and inventory management
• Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area
