Sales Consultant

We're looking for a Sales Consultant to assist customers in finding the right car, not the most expensive one, and provide an iconic customer experience. As a Sales Consultant, you will use your knowledge of CarMax inventory to guide customers through the sales process and complete all relevant records and documentation. CarMax pays new Sales Consultants a competitive wage while training and through the first 640 hours of selling, after which commissions become the primary base of pay.

Requirements

• Sales and customer service experience in an area such as retail is preferred
• Good listening skills and a strong customer focus
• High level of self-motivation
