Lead the development and enhancement of predictive Customer Progression models, applying advanced data science techniques across the full model lifecycle. Analyze large-scale, complex datasets to generate actionable insights and build a deep understanding of CarMax data ecosystems.
Design, train, evaluate, validate, deploy, and monitor predictive models. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify new use cases for data-driven products, deliver tools that enhance the customer and associate experience, and build scalable data and modeling infrastructure.
Influence business strategy through data-driven recommendations, lead a high-performing team of data scientists, and promote best practices in analytics, modeling, and experimentation.
