Job Description
Carmel Partners is seeking an Assistant Project Manager with experience in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field to support the Regional Lead of Construction and manage project schedules and budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years' experience in Construction or related field
- 3+ years' experience in Multi-Family Construction Project Management
- 3+ years' experience managing others
- Experience in wrap & podium construction
- OSHA 30-hour Certification; issued in the past three years, and current First Aid & CPR training certificate
