Requirements

• 1-2 years' experience with banquet, catering or high volume kitchen environments
• Excellent knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
• Experience working with dough and wood fire pizza ovens
• Safe Food Handler's Certificate (Required)
• Culinary Trade Certification or Read Seal (an asset)
• Reliable transportation required
