Requirements

• Experience in event operations, hospitality or similar physically active roles
• Strong work ethic and pride in keeping event spaces clean, organized and guest ready
• Reliable and efficient when setting up, tearing down
• Calm, focused and solutions oriented in a fast paced environment
• Team first attitude and willingness to support where needed
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety, cleanliness and presentation standards
• Comfortable working behind the scenes to create extraordinary guest experiences
• Flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends (variable event based schedule)

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely and efficiently
