Requirements
- Experience in event operations, hospitality or similar physically active roles
- Strong work ethic and pride in keeping event spaces clean, organized and guest ready
- Reliable and efficient when setting up, tearing down
- Calm, focused and solutions oriented in a fast paced environment
- Team first attitude and willingness to support where needed
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety, cleanliness and presentation standards
- Comfortable working behind the scenes to create extraordinary guest experiences
- Flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends (variable event based schedule)
