General Laborer

General Laborer position requires general plant labor and clean-up of production areas, observing and reporting conditions that could lead to product nonconformity, and being trained in various entry-level production positions. This is a hands-on role that requires the ability and willingness to work in various areas of the plant, ensuring the smooth operation of the facility by performing essential manual labor tasks and operating equipment as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Willing and able to work overtime and rotating shifts
• Must possess basic ability to read and write
• Should be capable of operation of mobile equipment
• Should have experience working around moving machinery
• Must be able to walk over rough terrain, stoop, reach, climb, kneel, and carry up to 60 pounds
