Job Description
Carmeuse is seeking a Global Identity & Compliance Manager to own and shape the organization’s identity landscape. This individual will be responsible for driving compliance with regulations across the business and ensuring a sustainable Identity & Compliance Program. The role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, business understanding, and the ability to deliver impactful results in a complex environment. The manager will focus on Identity & Access Management, GDPR, and related regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT Security, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in IAM
- Experience with privileged access, Identity Governance, and Joiner-Mover-Leaver automation
- Comfort working with tools & technologies like Microsoft and ServiceNow
- Experience with GDPR, NIS2, and access governance
- Familiarity with industry-aligned compliance requirements
