Job Description
As an HRIS Delivery Analyst, you will serve as a key resource in supporting the management & optimization of our HR applications, with a primary focus on Oracle HCM Cloud. You will collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders to develop, implement, and enhance our HR systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience (senior position) and minimum 8 years of experience (junior position) of HRIS experience
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
- Experience in a global or multi-country company
- Strong technical and business acumen, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements
