Job Description
The Maintenance position involves performing weekly preventative maintenance, daily repairs and rebuilds, and visual inspections of equipment. The role requires cooperation with other maintenance and production employees, adherence to safety protocols, and ability to learn and work constructively with the Manitowoc team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Millwright certification program (self-paced, 4-year program with 4-year work commitment)
- Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak professionally
- Math skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds and work in a moderate to loud noise environment
