Job Description
Carmichael Lynch is an integrated creative agency seeking a Senior Art Director to join their Subaru of America client account. The ideal candidate will have a high level of craft and experience in pushing conceptual boundaries, collaborating with copywriter partners, and creating strategically-sound creative work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in advertising, visual art, or a closely-related field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong ability to work as a team and independently
- Production/on-set experience is required for the senior position
- Strong leadership abilities with a desire to mentor junior creatives
- Some supervisory experience preferred
