Carnegie Hall is seeking a Web Developer to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of high-impact web applications. The role involves both back-end and front-end development, leveraging modern frameworks and best practices to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric solutions.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree with 3 years' experience in website development and support
- Experience with Sitecore developer
- Proven background in web technologies including infrastructure to software technologies built on Microsoft technologies and.NET Framework (C#, ASP.NET 4.7) and Microsoft Visual Studio
- Experience with high transaction environments, user session management, and account management in a load balanced environment with integrated databases
- Experience with front-end web development (HTML, CSS/SASS, JavaScript, and XML/JSON)
- Experience with AI coding assistance tools (GitHub Copilot, cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini)
- Knowledge of server performance optimization tools (CDN, Datadog)
- Experience in the integration of off-the-shelf web applications, and integration with third party APIs to interface with the system
- Knowledge of MS SQL Server
- Experience with content management systems, Sitecore a plus
- Experience with ticketing and fundraising applications, Tessitura a plus
- Experience with GIT
- Familiarity with issue tracking software and management, Atlassian suite preferred
