Job Description
The Student Accounts Office is seeking an Assistant Director who will bring passion and dedication to our team. The role serves as the primary contact for students, delivers timely customer service, and promotes consistent application of standard protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
- Minimum five years of experience with student accounts, customer service, third party/sponsor billing, accounts receivable, and/or collections required; experience in higher education preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), the government's Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) system, and federal, state and institutional aid and loan programs highly desired
