AVP, Consumer AI

The AVP will lead a newly formed AI team and serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders across product, technology, marketing, customer experience, data, security, legal, and compliance. The role is accountable for delivering scalable, secure, ethical, and value-driven AI solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• Proven experience in AI and machine learning product strategy and development
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical teams and cross-functional teams
• 10 or more years of experience in technology or digital product roles, including at least 5 years in AI or machine learning
• Experience building or scaling new functions, centers of excellence, or enterprise capabilities
• Experience delivering consumer-facing AI solutions in regulated, customer-centric environments
• Strong understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, governance, and responsible AI practices
• Proven track record of defining and executing product and capability roadmaps in complex organizations
