Requirements

• Lead the day-to-day execution of strategic projects spanning shipboard operations and shoreside process improvements
• Manage project workstreams from scoping through implementation, including timelines, deliverables, stakeholder coordination, and risk mitigation
• Drive measurable impact through strategic execution, contributing to cost savings, revenue growth, and operational efficiency
