Operations Manager - (Half Moon Cay - Bahamas)

The Operations Manager is responsible for providing support to the Operations Team, including Senior Operations Manager and General Manager, managing daily and ongoing operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Operations Management, Leadership, Business or related field
• At least 3 years' experience in a Managerial or Supervisory role
• Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data entry and reporting tools
