Job Description
Holland America Line is seeking a Senior AI Solution Architect to provide technical leadership for the design, governance, and evolution of AI and cloud-native systems across the company and its Seabourn brand. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS, AI/ML services, and cloud governance, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, or a related technical field
- 10+ years in software engineering, cloud architecture, or solution architecture with hands-on production system delivery
- 5+ years designing and operating workloads on AWS (advanced networking, IAM, security, reliability, performance, CI/CD, multi-account governance)
- 3+ years hands-on experience delivering GenAI/LLM applications to production (autonomous agents, RAG systems, fine-tuned models, evaluation pipelines)
- AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification required; AWS Machine Learning Specialty or AWS Security Specialty strongly preferred
