The Senior Manager, Steelwork & Hull Structure position is a high-level technical leadership role that oversees all aspects of structural repairs and steelwork projects while a ship is in dry-dock. It demands advanced technical expertise in marine steelwork paired with strategic project management skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marine, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture
- Strong understanding of marine operations
- Familiarity with ship's structure and steel repairs, and environmental compliance standards
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management of major hull and structure steel work and asset integrity management preferably within the cruise industry or shipyards
