Sr. Manager, Maritime Cyber Safety Operations

The Senior Manager, Maritime Cyber Safety Operations is responsible for leading the operations and management of OT cybersecurity tools to protect Carnival Corporation's fleet. This role involves implementing, operating, and maintaining OT cyber defense systems, identifying threats, managing incidents, and collaborating with MSSPs and security resources. The position requires strong leadership and proactive problem-solving skills to ensure cybersecurity effectiveness.

• Implement and operate OT security monitoring, incident response, and threat detection.
• Establish and maintain SLAs for OT cyber operations.
• Manage OT security operational processes.
• Build and maintain an OT asset inventory.
• Develop and maintain a support process for OT Cyber safety defense tools.
• Build and lead a global team of OT security analysts.
• Act as an escalation point for critical OT cybersecurity incidents.
• Maintain knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines.
