Kind Behavioral Health is seeking an Associate Clinic Director to lead a local team in Fayetteville, NC, dedicated to improving the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Requirements

• BCBA credentialed for at least 2 years
• Strong foundation in all clinical KPI metrics
• Good standing on all BCBA metrics including but not limited to: Attributable and Client Service Hours, Cancellation Trends (team members and clients), POC Timeliness and Quality, Conversion Rates, RBT Supervision Rates
