Job Description
We are seeking a Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in a clinic-based environment with in-person BCBA supervision.
Requirements
- RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Experience working with children in structured or caregiving settings required (ABA, childcare, education, or related fields)
- Ability to think on your feet, stay engaged, and create a positive, interactive environment for children
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
