Job Description
At Kind Behavioral Health, you’ll work as a Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a clinic-based ABA therapy environment with a consistent schedule, stable hours, and no weekends. You’ll provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and work alongside a team of clinicians to create engaging learning environments.
Requirements
- RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Experience working with children in structured or caregiving settings
- Ability to think on your feet, stay engaged, and create a positive, interactive environment for children
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
