Join Kind Behavioral Health as a Behavior Technician and make a difference in the lives of children with Autism. As a part-time RBT, you will work one-on-one with kids to implement goals and provide feedback, while also receiving paid RBT training and opportunities for advancement.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children
- High School diploma; college degree is preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Availability to work a part-time schedule, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-7pm
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to walk and stand 75% of the work day
- Ability to bend, kneel, squat, crawl and sit on the floor throughout the work day or for an extended period of time
