Job Description
Kind Behavioral Health (KBH) is looking for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join their team in Gastonia, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have experience in ABA, excellent communication skills, and a passion for pursuing excellence. They will design and oversee ABA treatment programs, supervise behavior technicians, and provide parent education and consultation.
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in ABA preferred
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, in good standing
- Experience with ASD, highly preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass a background and reference check
- Reliable transportation
