Requirements

• Perform maintenance of equipment, tools, buildings, and grounds
• Respond to campus fire alarms and assess fire alarm systems
• Assist with in-house remodeling and renovations
• Make necessary repairs for daily operation with minimal disruption to Caron’s Community
• Be available to provide emergency and extraordinary services during unscheduled work hours
• Perform safety checks of all mechanical rooms/areas
• Be on-call for 7 days on a rotating basis
• Assist with patient transportation
