AI Operations Specialist (m/w/d)

CarOnSale digitizes the European automotive trade, connecting thousands of traders daily via its platform. As an AI Operations Specialist, you will create a new position, identifying automation potentials in operational teams and implementing KI-agents.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Operations, Process Optimization, Business Analysis, or a comparable field
• Demonstrable experience in automating operational processes (RPA, KI-Tools, Workflow Automation)
• Technical understanding: APIs, data flows, system integrations
• Safe handling of Python for scripting, data analysis, and automation
• Fluent German and English (C1+)
