Carotte Group is a fast-growing company in the Soft Facility Management industry, and we're looking for a Business Area Manager to develop and establish a new business area in Housekeeping focused on hotels. This role involves overall responsibility for building up and developing Carotte Staff's offering in hotel cleaning, including business development, operational establishment, leadership, and organization.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the operational reality of hotels
• Experience in housekeeping in hotels or an organization that delivers cleaning services to hotels
• Experience in a leading or coordinating role
• Entrepreneurial drive and ability to build something new
