We are looking for a cook for extra work and events throughout Sweden during the summer season. The cook will prepare, cook and adjust dishes according to the concept and customer's preferences of the event, and work in temporary kitchens and event kitchens with varying equipment and working conditions.
Requirements
- Experience as a cook, preferably from events, catering, restaurant or conference kitchen environments.
- Comfortable with kitchen routines and can work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong quality mindset and attention to detail.
- Flexible and stress-resistant, and used to adapting to changing working conditions.
- Speaks and understands Swedish or English without difficulty.
- Good hygiene knowledge and accustomed to following food legislation and HACCP routines (preferable with education/experience).
- Experience of handling special diets (vegetarian, vegan, allergies) and adjusting menus according to customer preferences.
