Executive Director (Full-Time)

Join our team at Carriage Court Senior Living in Hilliard, Ohio as an Executive Director. We are looking for a visionary leader who can manage the community, ensure resident satisfaction, and run the community like a mini-business. If you have 2+ years of college and at least 3+ years of experience in providing residential care to the elderly, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

• 2+ years of college
• 3+ years of experience in providing residential care to the elderly
• Knowledge of the requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to the residents
• Knowledge of and ability to conform to the applicable laws, rules, and regulations
• Ability to maintain or supervise the maintenance of financial and other records
• Ability to direct the work of others and provide the necessary leadership for measurable growth and satisfaction in performing the work
• Good character and personal integrity
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• Positive and energetic attitude
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information in systems
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel for brief periods of time
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds
• Comfortable sitting at a desk for 6-8 hours a day
• Criminally cleared
• Clean driving record
