The ideal candidate will be an empathetic and effective communicator who can create human connection with potential residents and family members. The position involves cultivating leads through phone calls, tours, and home visits, and ensuring exceptional lead experiences during tours and visits to community events.

Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Positive and energetic attitude
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills
• Criminal clearance
