Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and admission to the New York State Bar
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant real estate law experience
- Strong knowledge of title, contract law, and closing procedures
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple files efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
