Workers Compensation Attorney NY State License Required

We are seeking a full-time Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our team in New City. This role requires a strong background in workers' compensation law, excellent legal skills, and the ability to manage cases efficiently and independently. The ideal candidate will be committed to client advocacy, highly organized, and confident in managing a full caseload from intake through resolution.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in New York State
• Demonstrated experience working as a workers' compensation attorney in a law firm
• Minimum of 3 years of current experience working as a workers' compensation attorney in a law firm
• Proficiency and comfort with virtual hearings and remote communication tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work onsite, Monday through Friday
