Workers Compensation Attorney NY State License Required

The law firm is seeking a full-time Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join our dedicated team in New Windsor. This position is onsite, five days a week, and is ideal for a motivated attorney with a strong background in workers’ compensation law and experience handling virtual hearings.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in New York State
• Demonstrated experience working as a workers’ compensation attorney in a law firm
• Minimum of 3 years of current experience working as a workers’ compensation attorney in a law firm
• Proficiency and comfort with virtual hearings and remote communication tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work onsite, Monday through Friday
